## About Cult Classic Couture
Cult Classic Couture ("we," "us," or "our") is a print-on-demand apparel company that designs and sells graphic t-shirts featuring original artwork inspired by cult classic films, television, video games, and pop culture. We are a Texas limited liability company.
Our fulfillment partner is Printify, which produces and ships orders on our behalf. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order will be manufactured and fulfilled by a third-party print provider and is subject to Printify's production policies.
## Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, designs, and sizing. However:
- Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the natural variation of printed garments. - Our default blank is the Bella+Canvas 3413 tri-blend tee. Tri-blend fabrics produce a characteristically vintage, slightly muted print aesthetic. This is intentional and part of the product's design. - All products are printed to order. Minor variations between orders are a normal characteristic of direct-to-garment printing. - We reserve the right to discontinue any product or design at any time without notice.
Sizing and care information is provided on each product page. Please review sizing guides carefully before ordering, as tri-blend fabrics typically have a slightly drapier fit than 100% cotton alternatives.
## Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is accepted.
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices in effect at the time of your order apply to that order.
Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.
Discount Codes: Promotional discount codes are issued at our discretion and may be subject to expiration dates, single-use limitations, and other restrictions as specified at the time of issuance. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.
## Shipping
Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts). Orders under $75 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Production Time: All orders are printed on demand. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before shipment.
Delivery Time: After production, standard domestic shipping typically takes 4-7 business days. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 7-12 business days for U.S. orders.
International Shipping: International orders may be available at checkout. International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.
Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by our fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, weather events, customs holds, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
## Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Print-on-Demand Policy: Because every item is custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review our sizing guides carefully before purchasing.
Defects and Misprints: If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. To initiate a claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with: your order number, a clear photo of the defect or damage, and a brief description of the issue. We do not require return of defective custom-printed items.
Lost Packages: If your tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. For packages confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
## Intellectual Property
Our Content: All original artwork, designs, product copy, brand name, logo, and other creative content on this Site are the property of Cult Classic Couture and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our designs or content without our prior written permission.
Design Philosophy: Our designs are original works of art inspired by cultural references. We do not reproduce trademarked logos, character likenesses, or copyrighted imagery from the properties that inspire our work.
